Anam Cara is a Gaelic term meaning 'Soul Friend', a term denoting warmth familiarity and safety. This is how we would like you to feel receiving a treatment from us. In the midst of our stress-fuelled lives, it is rare to find a safe space to stop and re-charge our bodies and minds.
